Assembly of desks, chairs, sheds, etc.
$30 per hour
Painting
Interior/Exterior painting, includes brushes/rollers and tape.
Interior: $30 per hour + paint
Extrior: $35 per hour + paint
Plumbing
Basic plumbing services including clearing blocked drains/toilettes, installation of faucets/toilettes, etc.
$30 per hour + cost of components
Maintenance
Mild repairs, heavy lifting/moving, landscaping, etc.: $30 per hour
Grounds maintenance/pressure washing: $25 per hour
Advanced services (light construction, detailed plumbing/electrical work, etc): $50 per hour
Electrical
Basic electrical work including repalcing bulbs, installing lighting fixtures, etc.
$30 per hour
